- For lack of vit d3 ,consume a diet rich in d3, exposure to sunlight & supplements can be taken
- Vit d is found in fish such as tuna, mackeral, salmon, eggs, cheese, fortified orange juice, cereals, soya milk
- daily exposure to sunlight for 10-15 min in the morning is a good natural source of the vitamin
- can take supplements for a short duration if levels are still low.
