Patanjali Karela amla juice contains Karela (Momordica charantia) 4.0 ml, Amla (Emblica officinalis) 5.95 ml karela to lower body s blood sugar levels. Amla is also added to improve body s Vitamin C stores and to increase the antioxidant count in the body.
Patanjali Karela amla juice is used for the treatment of high blood sugar. It may also be used to treat jaundice and gout by reducing the body s free radical count.
Patanjali juice can also be used as a blood purifier.


Directions of use:
To reap the benefits in full, one must consume 10 to 20mL of the herbal juice with water.
Further, one needs to consume it twice daily meals in a typical day.

Juices of Patanjali are not good because they add preservatives always in normal juices are only advised with the shelf life of 1 day Patanjali is making it to drink it for more days It's harmful to your health.

Hello good morning mam. Both r you r taking at a time in night or alternate days changed it. U need to have a healthy diet with adequate water intake ,regular exercise for minimum of 45 mins whatever form it may be, early sleep in night time and that too proper sleep for minimum of 6 hours, stress reduction you need to do yoga or meditation for minimum of 30 mins on alternate days if daily not possible for u.r you doing all these things mam?

I have been drinking karela juice for around a month but suddenly today after having karela juice I had 3 to 4 loose motions after 90 mins of consumption. What is it. Should I stop taking karela juice.

It can be because of some other reason because if karela juice is the reason then loose motion should have happened on first week of consumption.

Can I drink fruit juices made at home in juicer 4 to 5 times a day? P.S. I like to drink more apple juice, mosambi juice, pomegranate juice, lauki juice and karela juice.
