Hello, Your diet be easily digestible, thrice a day, preferably -high in protein, carbohydrates- and fats, take  fish, eggs, chicken to energise your body. ? Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. ?Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. ?Add ghee in lunch. Go for aerobics as per your strength and capacity to strengthen your muscles to enshape your whole body. Tk, plenty of water. Go for jogging,  swimming, skipping, cycling   and hanging on a bar in a garden to stretch your bones to promote your heights. Tk,  homoeopathic medicine: @ AlfalfaQ -10 drops,  thrice with little water. Avoid, junkfood, ,alcohol & nicotine. Tk,  care.

Dear try to take instant boosters like a banana, glucose, soups, porridge which give you instant energy. Also try to carry some dry fruits, glazed nuts, chocolate, jaggery nutty ladoos, granola bars or any other high calorie instant snack with you to keep you going throughout the day.
