Dear user please apply Vaseline or any petroleum jelly after heating a while for three to four days in evening hours or at bedtime and along with it use fat rich diet or peanuts daily this will heal faster. Along with it use Graphites 30 twice for two days and update the status.

Moisturize frequently. Avoid sudden changes in temperature or humidity. Avoid sweating or overheating. Reduce stress. Drink plenty of fluids avoid scratchy materials, such as wool directly in contact with skin. Avoid harsh soaps, detergents, and solvents. For more details you can consult me.

Apply buttermilk to skin, keep for 10 minutes and then wash off thoroughly for softening, cleansing and radiating effect.

You apply coconut oil/petroleum jelly/vaseline jelly. Do scrub your heels daaily. It will prevent dead skin from getting deposited. Then apply oil. Also apply oil before going to sleep.
