Orbit AG Capsule is an Antioxidant preparation with Vitamins, Ginseng and Selenium. It contains Elemental calcium, Elemental copper, Elemental manganese, Ferrous fumarate, Folic acid, Ginseng, Iodine, Magnesium sulphate, Niacinamide, Potassium, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, and Zinc oxide.
Vitamin A, E and Selenium are Anti-oxidants which prevents the formation of aging molecules (AGE) by removing free radicals in the body. By preventing AGE formation and working as a coenzyme in chemical reactions, pyridoxal 5-phosphate support healthy nerve, eye, cardiovascular and kidney function.
Orbit AG Capsule is used in Anemia, Irritability, Dermatitis, Anti-ageing, Convulsions, Muscle twitching, Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and Enhancing the immune system

Dear lybrateuser, -Your problem could be due to sinus infection - avoid cold weather, dust, smoke - do steam inhalation twice a day - take a pain relief tablet after meals, max three per day - take tablet levocetrizine, 10mg once daily in the evening - wash eyes with plain water 3-4 times a day - do an x-ray paranasal sinuses & consult a doctor.

chronic consumption of chewing gums sometimes causes side effects because too much xylitol has been known to draw too much water into the gut with it or it may get fermented in the gut by intestinal bacteria which results in nausea,bloating, diarrhea and a psychological feeling of dependence. Apart from these most of the chewing gum contains aspartame, which in the body is broken down to phenylalanine, few of the people have genetic abnormality to metabolise it. So it leads to phenylketonuria in them. This informations are usually mentioned in most of the chewing gum brands.

Check your eye sight for refractive error and we also have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after clinical examination.

A big no. Chewing gums can only help you in increasing the quantity of saliva in your mouth nothing else. Other things you mentioned are rumours.
