This is very significant difference between two arms if bp was taken properly. You need to consult cardiologist immediately and may require physical examination and 2decho.

Hello docs. My doctor suggested me to keep monitoring your bp. I am using digital omron bp machine at home. And check bp twice daily. Now I want to ask you is it reliable. I have heard that whatever reading comes on omron bp machine we should do minus (-)10 to that reading both systolic n diastolic. For eg if it comes 130/80 we should cut 10 degree. And actual reading is 120/70. Is it really so. Someone told me no you should do +20 to both systolic n diastolic pressure. On omron machine. Plzzz help me docs. As you r all experienced. Which one is correct. (-10) or (+ 20) to the reading. Im really worried my bp comes 110/82 always on omron.

No, different digital machines has their own different error value. Check on your machine?s box, it must be written over there. Usually it is around +~3 mmhg.

You have normal body temperature according to your readings. Other than this if you show added symptoms like headache, cold,sore throat, cough, difficulty in breathing then you can get done your covid19 test otherwise it's normal to have temperature changes anything below 99. 5f.
