Approximately 4-6 gms of sodium is sufficient for your daily needs. This equals about 2 tsps of common salt. 2-3 tsps of sugar can suffice daily, however this should include any sweets, dessert, and your tea, coffee etc. Try to avoid free sugar intake.... instead have dried fruits & fresh fruits.

here is home remedy for brighter teeth--- Mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Hi , its good that you are aware of your problem yourself. The condition is known as" oral submucous fibrosis" in dental terms and it results due to tobacco chewing in any form (gutkha, khaini, pan masala etc.). If you want to get cured you have to immediately stop the habit of gutkha chewing. Take green tea and lots of tomatoes as they contain antioxidant. Eat lots of sugar free chewing gums.

Best age to stop smoking is before 40 ,in fact do not start all for severe knock knees, your doctor may recommend braces to be worn at night and special shoes. Surgery may help correct knock knees after the age of 10 for girls and 11 for boys if the braces and shoes aren't able to straighten their legs. Jul 11, 2016 31st may is ?world no tobacco day? quitting smoking before the age of 40 is associated with larger decline in premature death than stopping it at a later date. Best age therefore to stop smoking is before 40. However, stopping smoking even after the age of 50 is still associated with lower risk of death as compared to those who continue to smoke. Even in smokers aged 80 years or more, quitting smoking appears to reduce some mortality.

Gums with sugar should be avoided. Sugar-free chewing gums are non-harmful. Some may claim that it helps fight activities however no scientific evidence exists. Also, not all sugar-free gums are good. Be aware that non-sugar sweeteners sometimes cause bloating, diarrhea or flatulence. So your decision lies in what suits your body. If you don't have such side effects and you are addicted to it, then go for it. Better avoid gums if you can. Chew neem sticks instead.
