There is no best medicine for cough and cold. You have to change your lifestyle. Eat healthy food. Include fruits in your diet especially citrus fruits like lemon, orange and sweet lemon. Amla with high quantity of vitamin c is beneficial. Avoid cold foods like ice cream. This now being a winter season, wear sweater or jacket outdoors and at night. Avoid overcrowded places as they are high risk of getting cold infection. After visiting public places maintain hand hygiene by washing your hands.
