If you are working out in the gym then 3 days of weight training and 3 days of cardio. The workout is generally progressive in 3 stages..beginners, intermediate and advance. You must do your cardio max for 30 to 45 min. and weight training depending on your intensity it can go from 1 hour to 1 n 1/2 hour. Whey protein powders are very beneficial as it is a fast absorbed protein and if taken after a training session, it helps in muscle recovery and hence building up muscles. Along with this you have to eat clean. No junk food. Your diet should comprise of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, whey protein powder healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Our weight should be proportionate to our height. For every given height there is a normal weight range. You must do several things correctly to gain weight. A healthy diet: this is the foundation of gaining weight. If you don't do this right, the other things you do won't be effective and could even be harmful. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Exercise: Some types of exercise are more effective for weight gain. If you are below 21 years of age, you are still in the process of growing and are just beginning training; you need to take a safe approach so please speak to a trainer for an appropriate regimen. If you are above 21 years of age: assuming you don't have any medical conditions that would make it risky, you can do weight training to build muscle mass. There are different exercise regimens but the preferred ones focus on training large muscle groups (e.g. chest, back, thighs, and butt) and doing full-body exercises such as push-ups, squats, pull-ups, rows, etc.

Kindly show me photograph& the x rays of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Contact me again, if needed.

No, there is no harm in masturbating daily. However, guilt/anxiety/depression followed after masturbation (because of the misconception)  leads  to impairmemt  in  attention/concentration/weakness in the body and memory which is short  lasting only. I know that there  are lots of magazine/newspapers  and quacks who  have spread wrong information  about  the harm masturbation causes, for their own vested interest either to sell their  magazine/newspapers .There are lots of quacks who want  to sell their products  (in the name of medicines) fraudulently to make the money. This is a huge industry operating in India and  looting innocent young people. Please don't fall prey to them DHT/Muscle gain are not related with masturbation Best wishes.

Dear Lybrateuser, - to build your muscles & to keep fit you have to consume a well balanced diet and do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk and milk products, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas, and nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews and peanuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals and also as a snack in-between meals to boost your protein content - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling, pushups, pullups, crunches, squats, and also moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min thrice a week - also you can consult a dietitian on forum for your exact requirement of calories and proteins per day as per your activity level, dietary habits and constitution.
