Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Try to understand your spouse?s journey into sobriety and the obstacles and personal torment they?ve faced. Open the lines of communication. Talk to your spouse about the kind of support they need, taking care not to sacrifice your own emotional, physical or mental health. Share your hopes and expectations so that you can work toward the same goals. In counseling, you?ll be able to practice new communication skills and work together to identify and manage feelings. Know that your relationship is going to change. Your spouse?s progress may be slow, or it may be surprisingly quick. They may meet new friends, excel at work and perhaps even outshine you. Allow your spouse some freedom to explore who they are without drugs or alcohol, knowing that a shift in responsibilities and power dynamics can bring greater happiness to your home. Why I am sporting during ovulation and after ovulation? Last 2 month my periods start with 2 days sporting then nxt 3rd day it will be start bleeding. After that again 12th day light sporting but 13th day increase sporting almost whole day and 14th day same like 12th day and 15th, 16th day no sporting 17th day again whole day sporting (1pad almost) 18th 19th day no sporting 20th day again light sporting. I am 29 years old. And married since 6 years trying to conceive. Last year feb I conceive and march month bleeding and missarag in 7 weeks. And all reports are normal.

Most of the medical problems need personally taking detailed medical history and examination with the need for reports sometimes so meet concerned doctor- gynecolgist. Pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for a long time.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.
