I suspect fungal infection take tablet fluconazole 150 mg one tablet once a week for 4 weeks tab terbinafine 250 mg one tablet daily for 14 days. Apply clobeta gm on patch at night time.

Sir you may continue RICE on a regular basis. Hot fomentation may also help. Make sure you don't walk barefoot, and use the appropriate footwear with soft insoles. No need for any aggressive treatment.

I am a senior citizen suffering from hypertension from 1994. Doctor advised me to take beta card25 mg and amla guard5 mg before going to bed of late my reading is always hovering between 140-75. Pl. Let me know whether I have to change medicine/dose thanks.
