Jiva Ear Candles contains Beeswax, Sage & Tea extracts as its ingredient.

Ear candles are highly effective in gently cleansing ear wax and alleviates pain related to chronic headaches and sinusitis by enhancing blood flow within the ear canal.
Ear candles provide a relaxing sensation and improve lymphatic circulation.
Use of Ear Candles is helpful in treating vertigo and insomnia.

Direction for use:
Insert the candle through the hole in the disc provided in the package.
Advise the recipient to lie comfortably on his/her side so that the ear is facing upwards.
Gently insert the narrow tip of the candle in the ear and ask the recipient to hold it to keep it in place.
Burn the wick on the wide end of the candle.
If smoke leaks from the narrow end inside the ear, adjust carefully until the candle is properly inserted.
Let the candle burn till the safety mark.

Safety information:
Not for pregnant women or people with perforated eardrums or patients with recent ear surgery. Do not use ear buds or drip oil inside the ear canal. Please consult a doctor to get treatment for medical conditions.

Note:
Do not use ear candles alone, this is best done by a second person. Avoid being near inflammable materials. Do not blow air on the flame. Dip in a bowl of water to extinguish.

Hi Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. And pranacharya sheetal syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee.junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.

Yes, 3-5 gms. Twice daily or as per physician?s advice. Preferably have with lukewarm water, no side effects seen.

Tea or coffee don't reduce any weight. All such stuff is just marketing dreams, nothing more. There is no tea/ drink/ medicine for weight loss. You got to simplify food habits. Get on to a 1200 calories diet. Do daily 30 mins exercise. Take a long term permanent approach of Health and fitness, only then things can change.

You did not mention presently how much is your bp? Stop taking salt, avoid spicy, oily food, do pranayam, it's take long time to cure, be follow up with your Dr.

1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Evening walk is always recommended. 8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements. 9. Consume all types of protein both from veg and non veg sources. 10. Sleep well.
