Dear better to add extra food in deit like: 1 egg it provides suffecient protien for your hair, spinach and darky leafy vegitables which s good sourse of iron which needs oxygen transportation to the follicles, citrus food like one lemon daily to absorb iron from diet vit c also need to production of collegen that makes your hair shaft strong. Almond and walnuts are benificial of hair because it contains omega 3 fatty acid, whole grains are rich in biotin, zinc and iron. Biotin having important role to grow your hair. Carrot juice one glass bcoz it contains vit A required for every cell growth, avocado rich in vitE increases blood circulation.
