Is septilin or Bresol of Himalaya useful for respiratory congestion and whooping cough?

The septilin is useful as general tonic to prevent infection and is not useful folybrate-usereal whooping cough and congestion as you call it.

I am 69 years of age man and the test done last month has not shown any specific problem. Last year I had gone through same condition of feeling tired, if not doing work, feel sleepy, uninterested in going out alone, any sad news makes me sad and anxiety takes over my body but once I am out with friends, feel no such problem. Last year I was given the following medicine for one month which gave me improvement. These are 1) Vitamin A to Z 2) stalopam Plus 3) Himcocid of Himalaya. Also advised if needed to take Bresol, Septilin and Shadbindu oil for Sinusitis. Looking at these, can you advise me as I am in Lucknow. Thanks.

I had bronchitis problem 10 years ago. As I grew up, it became mild, but now since last one year it has been on the rise. I am taking himalaya septilin and bresol since one month they are effective but still the problem takes leap sometimes. I have been going to gym and also taking ashwagandha, safed musli, shatavari, gokshura mixture morning evening after workout. U may use normal saline nasal drop) spray. And also alkaline nasal wash (in one liter water add one small spoon salt and khane ka soda. Then ise garm karna he/ ubalna he aur uske baad thanda karna gai same as body temp. Than 20 ml syringe (without needle) se nose ko wash karna hai. Isse aapko aram mil jayega.
