Interesting question but everyone looses around 100 hair per day. Here is a list of superfoods which help to reduce hair fall and make your hair healthy :) 1- Grains and pulses ? oats and lentils. 2- Vegetables- spinach, carrots, sweet potatoes. 3- Fruits- strawberries and foods containing Vitamin C like - oranges, papaya and lime. 4- Animal foods and dairy products- eggs, yogurt, chicken.
