hello Kapil ,as far as your disease is concern,first you should go for life style and diet modification as an start some fitness activity ,intake of lite food (fruits and vegetables) avoid heavy meals like milk products,pulses,onion,garlic,fast food,eggs,nonveg. for at least 7 to 10 days.try some home remedies like harad ,trifla, noni,etc.keep hydrated.eat papaya after 1 and half hour of your dinner.dinner time should be in between 7-8 pm. take very lite food in dinner.eat little fresh ginger before meals this will be a substitute for your charcoal capsules. do not drink water immediately after meals at least 40 min gape required.
