You have just mentioned about having diabetes and taking metformin 850 mg (how many times is not given). Plus there is no information on glucose levels (fastiing, pp & hba1c%), nothing about your dietary pattern weight, height and extent of exercise as well as lipid profile. So it is difficult to answer your question. However, most of the ayurvedic medicines used in diabetes can at the most work as additional support medications, with out modern drugs controlling glucose is rather impossible. Thanks.
