Green Tea/ Coffee / Honey Lemon /Aloe Vera etc. These are all general health tonics. But have NO effect on weight.
There is no system in the body by which any of such medicines/concoctions can travel inside the body and burn fat.
Body fat is accumulation of excess food a person has consumed. Such excess fat can only be burnt by Intensive exercise. Just like the petrol in a car can only be consumed if the car moves.
Therefore I would recommend that avoid spending money/time over such Magical Weight reduction stuff. Because none of it works.
Healthy diet and daily exercise is the only way out. If excess food is the problem. Then reduction of food is the solution.
