Both nimbukamalm and svarjiksara in the Gas-O-Fast sachet act as antacids to provide quick relief from hyperacidity and gas. This Gas-O-Fast antacid powder is useful for people suffering from heartburns, excess gas formation, and hyperacidity as the product treats the conditions within a few seconds. Each sachet of the product contains 5 grams of the powder.

Hello, you can have apples, papaya, bananas, cantaloupes, watermelons, grapes, peaches, and apricots. Drink boiled water and keep your body hydrated. Consume 3 ? 4 liters of fluids in the form of water, fruit juices, tender coconut water and soup. Eat small frequent meals rather than large meals to ease digestion and for maximum nutrient utilization by the body.

Hot milk is good which also gves you better sleep. Fruits should b eated empty stomach like in morning n evening.
