Fitme -F Tablet

I am 22 years old male. I have testicular pain from last 2 weeks. I visited a urologist and he referred me to some scans and tests. Urine culture report is negative. Ultrasound of abdomen is also normal and in ultrasound of scrotum report it is written as multiple testicular microlithiasis is noted. And also in uroflowmetry test doctor said that I have weak urine flow. After reviewing all the reports he said to take three medicines. Hetrazan, tamspurt-d and fitmed tab 30's all for 20 days. I don't know whether he has given me right medicines or not and he did not tell me anything about the microlithiasis and said it is not a problem no treatment is needed for that. I don't know what to do. Should I continue with these medicines or see some other doctor. Thank you.
