The digital will be easier to read and correctly with the accuracy of milligrams. And can be damaged or become wrong easily. Analogue ones will be long lasting and are not easy to read in low light and by people with low vision you can choose your brand with these points in mind.

Hi, I was weighing 90 kgs before 9 months. I had joined a weight loss centre. After the continuous diet and therapies here like liposuction I had lost 8to9 kms and I was weighing around 81. I took a break for a month for fasting in Ramadan and I agree I had a lot of oily food and meat, and the results were on scales. I weighed 85 after that one month break. Lets us say that's ok. After that whatever I did my weight is not going down. Or is going upwards constantly. Like the more I workout the more my weight is increasing. Now after 3 to 4 months of Ramadan, I am weighing 88. Yea. That's right. I have never done this much workout before and this much diet before. But the scales are just increasing. Someone pls help me out. I am determined to shed those extra kgs AMD come to normal BMI and have a healthy life. P.S:thyroid test normal. No PCOD or any other health issues.

Main challenge is that you are not ready to switch to healthy eating on a permanent basis. You are still going after high fat/ fried foods, that is why your weight is not reducing. Diet is not a temporary vacation from binging. It has to be a wilful, permanent acceptance of better and healthier lifestyle. The day you change your mind, your body will respond and you will see weight dropping. Look for permanent and positive methods, not short cuts. Natural foods, simple foods, light foods have the power to transform our lives, but we still run after high fat foods, that is the core problem. That needs to change.
