Dumel Soft Gelatin Capsule helps in treatment of diseases caused due to deficiency of Vitamin B12. It contains methylcobalamin along with other nutrients. Methylcobalamin is retained in our body better than cyanocobalamin. It helps to normalize transport of protein in the nerve cells in people with diabetes. It has inhibitory effects on nerve degeneration in neuropathies induced by drugs.

It accelerates the metabolic pathways of nucleic acids, proteins and lipids by its involvement in the transmethylation reaction and thereby exerts a repairing effect on injured nerve tissues.
