Cool joint tablet contains Glucosamine,Vitamin C,Vitamin E, Manganese,Calcium Carbonate and Methylsulfonylmethane.
Glucosamine is a naturally occurring chemical found in the human body, important for making glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans. Glucosamine assists in the healthy development of collagen around joints all over the body. It also essential in maintaining elasticity and strength in the articular joints. Glucosamine relax inflammation and pain around the joints. It work by treating the joints by providing them with added blood flow around the joints so it is easier for collagen production to be facilitated. It may also help with the treatment of osteoporosis and wound healing.
Methylsulfonylmethane is necessary for collagen synthesis, and reduces inflammation and pain
Vitamin C helps the body absorb more iron. Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin with antioxidant activity.
Vitamin E helps to give cells their structure. And with your baby growing and developing at a rapid rate, it is an important nutrient to include in your pregnancy diet.

That you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.

I've got some prickly heat boils on my forearm joint, neck and my shoulder. It has been 3 weeks already but it's getting worse. I've been using derma cool prickly heat powder but that isn't helping much. Please suggest some remedies/otc medicines. Ps. I live in mumbai and don't have an air-conditioner.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Isometrics. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side. Warm up and cool down is a must.
