Hi , acne happens due to oily skin. On an already oily skin if you apply moisturizers, you are bound to get acne. First of all stop both the moisturizing cream and cetaphil soap as both of them will be making your skin more oily and ultimately leading to pimples. If you can send across a picture of the acne, I will be able to suggest you better medicines that suit acne prone skin. Once you send a picture, I can judge the severity of the acne and give medicines accordingly. Those medicines will help reduce the acne.

So consult a qualified dermatologist for proper treatment because if acne treatment is not taken on time it might lead to permanent scarring and marks on face.
