Bone C Plus tablet is used as bone joint supplement.It contains Calcium Carbonate,Vitamin D(calcitriol),Folic acid,Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) and Vitamin B6(Pyridoxine).

Role of key ingredients:
Calcium carbonate is a mineral that is required for the formation of bones and maintaining them. Calcium carbonate is required to prevent breakage of bones. Calcium is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets.
Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorus. Having the right amounts of Vitamin D, Calcium, and Phosphorus is important for building and keeping strong bones.
Folic Acid is a Vitamin B that synthesizes and repairs DNA. Consumption of Folic acid aids in producing healthy red blood cells makes bones health.
Methylcobalamin promotes regeneration of nerve cells and efficient conduction through nerve cells.It is effective in Chronic arthritis, Osteoporosis and as a supplement in Old Age to keep bones healthy and strong.

Low back pain is caused by wrong posture and movement. Our spine bears tremendous load despite this being a vulnerable structure as it is made of small pieces of but ones (vertebrae) arranged one about i've the other. Such an inherently unstable structure gets affected very easily if we don't take good care of it. Hence lifting objects by bending. Sitting for hours in crouched posture ate not good for back. You need to consult an orthopaedic surgeon to assess your damage and recommend measures like medicines. Postural advises. Back- strengthening exercises etc. Such guidance on these can be obtained from internet as well.

My bones are not strong I need to fit my bones with strength .I want the stamina.

Dear lybrateuser, - Have calcium rich foods such as milk & milk products like yogurt, cheese, butter milk, cottage cheese along with a well balanced diet containing a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains & also protein rich foods like eggs, non veg, legumes, tofu & nuts -also do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, playing an outdoor game, moderate weight lifting twice a week .
