Take 1 or 2 cucumber everyday before lunch and dinner. Avoid spicy fatty food. Don't skip your meal. Take small amount of food at a time bt in regular interval of 3-4 hrs. Eat healthy food. Eat boiled egg in your breakfast. Study shows boiled egg helps to reduce your wt. Take worm water with few drops of lemon every morning. Walk briskly for 45-60 min. Check your thyroid. If you follow this for 6 months you can loose wt.

Hello, None of them are effective, apart from causing harm to rhe body they are also expensive. Fat burners have 100 percent guaranteed side effects ,so ultimately after spending money ,all what you get are some irreversible damages. Stay away from such hyped products, there is no shortcut for anything in this world.

Hello lybrate user, - it's better to reduce the weight always naturally, as he is having cholesterol it's better to take a brisk walk daily once or twice - take some natural herbal combination like triphala ras 25 ml with water twice a day - have controled food with veggies and fresh fruit in excess.

Ideally your weight should be around 53 kg .you have to keep one thing in mind that when you focus on losing weight you should not ignore the diet required by body .you should plan your diet in such a way that you loose your weight without compromising the needs of body. The main concept is that when our calories intake is more than the calories burn then our weight increases. So you should do some physical exercise regularly its not neceesary that you go to gym for that you can do it at your home also but do regularly .you also need some change in your diet plan also. Eat at regular intervals, Eat more fiber containing food as it digests slowly, decrease your dependency on sugar, rice, fried food items ,junk foods, coke. Increase in your diet green salad, seasonal fruits, guava, papaya, sprouts, chikoo, legumes, milk. Take sleep of 7-8 hours, drink 4-5 litres of water. If you need detail diet plan you can contact me.
