Gain weight healthily by eating 5-6 meals a day, even if they are slightly smaller than usual. Make sure each meal includes healthy, calorie-dense foods like nuts and full-fat dairy, as they will help you gain more weight without feeling too full. If you don?t feel like you can eat more, drink liquid calories like 100% juices or smoothies because, since they tend to be less filling than food, they allow you to consume more calories overall. Eat healthy foods that are calorie-dense. When you're trying to gain weight it's important to maximize the amount of calories you can consume with each meal and snack. Calorie-dense foods are items that are high in calories per serving.Consume these foods with each meal and snack. Calorie dense foods to incorporate into your diet include: nuts and nut butters, avocados, full-fat dairy products (cheese, yogurt and milk), butter and oil, and eggs. Also use full-fat condiments like regular mayonnaise, full-fat cream cheese or full-fat salad dressings. Not all high-fat foods are healthy or appropriate to eat more frequently or in larger quantities. Minimize these foods: fast food, deep fried foods, candy, and high-fat processed meats (bologna or hot dogs). If you're eating multiple times throughout the day, you may feel more full. This may lead to smaller meals instead of several large meals. Even when meals/snacks are small, if they are calorie dense, they can help induce weight gain. Add extra calories to meals and recipes. Avoid cafeniated drink tea, coffee,Coco, thuumps up. Etc after 4 pm. Do not use electronic gadgets 1hourbefore sleep. No smoking, alcohol, or tobacco chewing. Have adequate dinner. Walk or gym or yoga orexcercise daily. Have a warm bath and one glass of warm milk one hour before sleep. Contact for further guidelines if required. All the best.

Hii anyone is pediatrician in this grp I want to share some information regarding my baby 3.5 month old. My baby having problem with her stool Dr. says to test stool routine microscopy and there is some complications that occult blood is positive in her stool is it dangerous and my baby is formula feed i'm giving her aptamil stage 1. Is it necessary to change the formula and pls suggest the best formula for her nutrition and easy growth.

It may be caused by a variety of conditions, including: polyp, hemorrhoids, ulcer, colits a type of inflammatory bowel disease or may also be a sign of colorectal cancer again there is a confirmatory test for above disease. You can continue your aptamil again with more liquidity and kindly consult pediatrician.

The first trimester of pregnancy is a very sensitive period as the foetus is in its early developmental stage. It is the time when the major organs are in the initial formation stage, not to forget the development of the body systems. Therefore, adequate precaution needs to be taken so that the foetal development is not disrupted at any cost. It is not that you need to live in a bubble and keep worrying about its safety, or stay stationed on your couch during these first three months. It is just that you must be well informed and take the necessary sensible precautions.avoid alcohol, smoking, sea food coffee, hot water bath or sauna bath, medicine and herbs. thanks
