Indications- An Ideal tonic for building up of tissue, hence of great use in debility, emaciation, Marasmus & helps gain weight, promotes proper digestion and assimilation. Prevents falling ill frequently.


Composition

Each 5ml. Contains:

Lecithin 3x 0.05 gm.
Oleum jecoris aselli 3x 0.10 gm.
Alfalfa Q 0.10 ml.
Avena sativa Q 0.05 ml.
Calcarea fluorica 3x 0.010 gm.
Calcarea phosphorica 3x 0.010 gm.
Calcarea sulphurica 3x 0.010 gm.
Ferrum phosphoricum 3x 0.010 gm.
Kali muriaticum 3x 0.010 gm.
Kali phosphoricum 3x 0.010 gm.

How much of ghee should be taken daily? How it should be taken? For adults and children?
Total fats to be taken in one day should be about 5 teaspoons. These can be distributed as 2 Mufa oils, 2 Pufa oils, 1 SFA oils. Mufa are like Olive/Groundnut oil, Pufa is like Saffola/Rice bran and SFA Saturated Fatty Acids, like Ghee, butter etc. You can vary the proportions a bit. So you can take one or two spoons of Ghee for adults or kids. Daily diet portions are also dictated by height, weight, age and activity level.

Hi, any tonic or supplement will only give result till you use them. Weight is a sum total of bone, water, muscle and fat. You need to lose fat to get healthy. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours to improve metabolism and reduce fat. Have whole grain cereals like millets (bajra, jowar,ragi) and pulses and sprouts. Eat protein rich diet egg whites, sprouts (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Include healthy essential fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, vegetable seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits like citrus varieties, papaya and leafy vegetables in your diet. Eat heavy breakfast, as 40% of day?s energy comes from breakfast. Moderate lunch and light dinner with maximum fibre and protein?s. Avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Brisk walking, aerobics, jogging, skipping or any outdoor activity can be done. Sleep of 7-8 hours will help in releasing all toxins and reduce bloating thus will lead to weight loss.

Hello. Some tips for weight loss :- 1) Add honey to your child diet. 2) Give your child liquids to keep hydrated. 3) Give some raw fruits and vegetables. 4) Give a healthy breakfast and snacks. 5) Avoid processed foods, packaging foods, bakery items. 6) Keep your child engaged in activity rather than exercise. 7) yoga 8) Give atleast 4 to 5 meals in a day. 9) Don't skip meals and especially breakfast. 10) Get qualityful sleep. Some foods for weight loss :- 1) Honey and Lemon water 2) Green tea 3) Mint leaves 4) Warm water 5) Fennel seeds 6) Cinnamon 7) Limit sweetened drinks 8) Apple 9) Pistachio 10) Dark chocolate.

Do some excercise daily, whatever you feel like. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Sleep well, 6-8 hours at night take smaller and frequent meals.

The maximum recommended amount of salt for babies and children is: Up to 12 months ? less than 1g of salt a day (less than 0.4g sodium) 1 to 3 years ? 2g of salt a day (0.8g sodium) 4 to 6 years ? 3g of salt a day (1.2g sodium) 7 to 10 years ? 5g of salt a day (2g sodium) 11 years and over ? 6g of salt a day (2.4g sodium)
