Each 5ml. contains:

Aconitum napelles 3x 0.25 ml
Arnica montana 3x 0.50 ml
Baptisia tinctoria 3x 0.50 ml
Belladonna 3x 0.50 ml
Bryonia alba 3x 0.50 ml
Echinacea angustifolia 3x 0.50 ml
Gelsemium sempervirens 3x 0.50 ml
Rosmarinus officinalis 3x 0.50 ml
Thuja occidentalis 3x 0.25 ml
Nux vomica 3x 0.25 ml

In Aqua Destillata.


Dosage- Take 50 Drops in half cup of water daily 4 times for 4 days. After 4 days, take 30 Drops, 3 times a day. Or as directed by the Physician.

Dear Lybrateuser, -The best way to boost your immunity is by leading a healthy & positive lifestyle including a well-balanced diet, doing regular exercise, sleep well & keep stress levels low - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, more of protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk & milk products, legumes, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews & peanuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals and also as a snack in-between meals - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration and digestion - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week, play an outdoor game - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep and wake up time fixed - de-stress by doing yoga, meditation or listening to light music or follow a hobby - a healthy lifestyle is the key to a strong immunity.

1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Eat green vegetables. Healthy food. Fruits. Drink plenty of water. Do pranayama early in the morning. Walk minimum for 30 minutes per day.

Take homeopathic treatment allium cepa 30 (4 pills) 2 times/ day for 15 days .and revert me for further management after 15 days.

Dear lybrateuser, - To build strong immunity you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of fruits especially citrus fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, corn, quinoa instead of refined ones, have more of protein rich foods such as eggs, nonveg, milk & milk products, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashew, peanuts, seeds such as flax, chia, sesame - have 7-8 glasses if water along with other fluids - have a teaspoon of honey daily along with breakfast - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling, playing an outdoor game, do moderate weight lifting twice a week, also do yoga & deep breathing regularly to keep your mind & body fit - sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed - destress by reading, listening to music, follow a hobby.
