- To build strong immunity you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of fruits especially citrus fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, corn, quinoa instead of refined ones, have more of protein rich foods such as eggs, nonveg, milk & milk products, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashew, peanuts, seeds such as flax, chia, sesame
- have 7-8 glasses if water along with other fluids
- have a teaspoon of honey daily along with breakfast
- do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling, playing an outdoor game, do moderate weight lifting twice a week, also do yoga & deep breathing regularly to keep your mind & body fit
- sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed
- destress by reading, listening to music, follow a hobby.
