DOLICHOS PRURIENS DILUTION

This homeopathic remedy is prepared from the whole pod of the Cowhage plant. It is indicated for the following condition-

Skin

Intense itching especially in old people.
Itching but no rash.
Itching more over joints and hairy parts
Herpes zoster.
Itching worse with night, and by scratching

Piles

Burning sensation and intense itching at anus with piles
Constipation with bloated abdomen
Pale, white coloured stools (jaundice)

Throat

Pain below the right angle of the jaw as if a sharp splinter were embedded vertically, increases with swallowing.
Pain in gums prevents sleep

Dose- As prescribed by physician. Can be taken along with allopathic medicines.

Precautions

Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine.
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
