Hi! skin is mirror of internal health. Usually, facial pigmentation can be due to sensitive skin, vitamin b12 deficiency, thyroid problems, anaemia ,or any auto immune diseases etc. Please check with your dermatologist to rule out the cause and get prescribed withe latest medications. You can also get procedures like chemical peels, lasers done for better results. Coming to the actual query, you can use melaglow rich cream safely but please do not use hhlite as it is steroid cream .these steroid creams can cause side effects like pimples, face dullness, hair growth on skin etc if used for a longer period of time. Use broad spectrum sunscreen in the morning for best results.

For what one tone plus cream is used? My doctor suggested it for dark scar mark due to scooty silencer burn on my leg. But the product is a newly launched product I think as it is written as not for sale in the cream box which doctor had given me. Is it good to use it on dark spots? If so for how many weeks I need to use it? My skin is sensitive and it showed Side effects like burning, skin peeling and hyperpigmentation of the scar when I used hhlite cream for 3 weeks as suggested by my Dr. Then after I letting him know of this adverse reaction, he prescribed me to use fucibet cream for 10 days and after that to continue onetone plus cream on spots only at night time. I used fucibet cream for 3 days. Then I started feeling same burning sensation when I had during hhlite cream usage. So I stopped using that cream too and not using any cream as of now in fear of getting my scar dark due to all these creams prescribed by Dr. I haven't used one tone plus cream yet which is given.

HHLite cream contains Mometasone, which is a strong steroid which should not be used on the face. It will give you brightening but the face will become dependent on it and will become dull as soon as you stop. In the long term it can cause the steroid side effects- thinning of skin, visible veins, excess hair growth, pigmentation, stretch marks etc. Stop it immediately and switch to a mild vitamin e cream or moisturiser. It will take 3 to 6 months to recover from the steroid dependent skin. Its possible to achieve your basic color and glow back by taking a skin lightening treatment regimen for 6-8 months, consisting of sunscreens, skin lightening creams, antioxidants and multivitamins and external treatments like peels. After this you will have to maintain the results by application of sunscreen and moisturisers daily. A combination of all these treatments with Q-switch laser can help you achieve lightening of the pigment. Stick to the treatment for 8-10 months and take optimum sessions of the laser.

Hi, Hhlite Cream is composed of the following active ingredients (salts) •Hydroquinone (2%) •Mometasone (0.1%) •Tretinoin (0.025%) Mometasone furoate is a topical steroid. It is not recommended to use this on skin for long period of time without medical advice and indication. Your skin may feel better initially with its use but, it can lead to undesirable effects like flaring up of acne/other infection, unusual pigmentation and dependence. It is also not recommended to use Hydroquinone preparations for long periods of time as it can lead to side effects like hyperpigmentation /hypopigmentation too. I would advise you to stop this cream and consult a cosmetic physician/dermatologist. I would be happy to help you. Please consult me privately so that I can understand your problem in detail and help you.
