I would recommend that you don't self medicate. Please visit a psychiatrist. Some strategies that can help you with your travel are to focus on the present moment. You can watch your surroundings more mindfully, enjoy your meals, showers, fragrances, etc. If you have traveled in the past and there have been moments when you were not anxious, try to recall what you were doing differently and how you can do more of it. If you have taken only for a short time you can stop. You can taper by cutting one. After 4-5 days, reduce further. Start other measures to control anxiety such as relaxation, CBT for changing thoughts causing anxiety. All this takes time so meet a good therapist once a week for 2-3 months who is trained in all this

I am on anti anxiety medicine since a year now. Currently taking ciplar la 20 and beta anxit 20. I get tightness in head around my medicine time of day, it gets better when I take the medicine. Also I feel same tightness in head and slight breathlessness after pooping. This pooping thing doesn't happens every time, if pooping is of urgent type or if I go to poop frequently like in gap of a hour (specially in morning time). Some days it gets very bad that even it takes 4-5 hours to calm the body. Is it normal with anxiety disorder or my medicine is not enough for my condition? I did check my heart rate on mobile app like mine and most of the time in lying state it was around 75-80 and sometimes rarely one or two times a day if I move around or wakes up after day sleep it goes max upto 100. My ecg told sinus tachycardia and echo is normal.

Dear , if you are feeling uncomfortable on days when you are unable to drink beer, you might have developed an addiction to it. The best person to help you is a psychiatrist, as they will assess the severity of the problem. It is better to seek help for such issues early on. Just taking tab. Anxit will only give you some temporary relief.

Hello. There are many indications for the use of anxit which is a benzodiazepine. And these drugs are available only with the prescriptions as these are misused by many people as drug of abuse. I was having anxiety I took anxit plus .5 for 7 years (2 tablets per day after meals) and my anxiety has come down. Now due to unavailability of anxitplus .5 I am taking anxit. 25 2 5able in morning ang 2 tablets at night. It is very very slow acting. Can I increase 1 tablet of anxit .25 at night.

Dear Lybrate user, please do not take much medicines for your health problem. Better to maintain daily life with some behavioural therapies and treatment procedures. It is good to use food with less oil and masala. You can use fruits and green vegetables in your daily food. Everyday you do some exercises (like simple physical exercises, faith on god, prayers in the morning, engage in certain activities you like most, interact with your friends and relations. Helping and serving for the poor people, psychological self care like self reflections and do some activities you are an expert. I hope that you can understand the above things in your daily routine.
