Cofton Syrup

This is a combination syrup which has Chlorpheniramine, Ammonium Chloride, and Sodium Citrate as active ingredients. It is an antihistamine which works by blocking the action of histamine in the body. This syrup relieves the symptoms of sinus pressure, sinus congestion, runny nose. Also, itching of the throat and nose, watery eyes, and sneezing due to upper respiratory infections, hay fever and allergies.

This syrup is a first-generation antihistamine, which is used to prevent allergic symptoms from conditions such as urticaria and rhinitis.
