After taking the medicines (ketorol, cefpodoxime proxetil, aceclofenac, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase tablets) prescribed by my dentist for toothache, I am having stomach ache. Should I stop taking them?

Hello sir i’m suffering from heel spur in my right foot. Can I take aceclofenac paracetamol serratiopeptidase medicine twice or thrice in a week?

Thanks for query ma'am first of heel spur is not a clinical symptom. It's a radiological finding. So please tell what problem you have because we doctors are taught to treat patients and not x rays regards.

Hi I think I had piles, so I went to a doctor at my hometown and he prescribed me Pantoprazole Sodium 40 mg & Domperidone 30 mg (empty stomach). And Cefixime 200 mg, Satranidazole 300 mg, (aceclofenac 100 mg, paracetamol 32g & serratiopeptidase 15 mg) twice a day. And also an ointment of lidocaine, hydrocortisone acetate, zinc oxide and allantoin to apply locally for 7 days. I had the the medicines for 7 days. I had two piles. The pain has reduced and the discomfort as well while passing the stool but they are not properly healed. One look likes there’s a cut. What should I do? I had anal sex earlier, could it be due to that? Other symptoms include itching on the anus, redness and itching on on front both the insides of thighs and dead white skin at the end of the penis. Please suggest.

U can apply coconut oil locally 1. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 2. Maintain active life style 3. Hello lybrate-user. Aceclofenac and paracetamol both have very bad effects on liver and kidney. If you can, take homoeopathic treatment. It is better and no side effects. If you want to take them keep difference of half an hour at least.

Can I use thiocolchicoside and aceclofenac for soreness of muscle? It’s paining I’ve done work out.

Yes, take it only SOS, don't make it as a regular habit. Apart from that ice packs application can be given, and if you are better just follow proper warm up exercises and regular muscles strengthening exercises.

What tablet should I take for one headache, because some tablets such as aceclofenac paracetamol are irritating my stomach.

Paracetamol is better than aceclofenac.It causes less gastric irritation.Take one tablet of crocin 500mg sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily. You can have one tablet of rantac 150 mg twice daily before food
