Brucella IgG Antibody Health Feed

Sir I had diagnosed brucellosis in jan 2019 than doctor treat me 2 gm monocef morning and 2 gm evening for 5 days. After 11 months I feel fever and weakness doctor give me 900 mg rifampicin and doxi for 45 days in jan 2019. Now feel so much weakness and test brucella igg 65.77 u/ml igm 2.80 u/ml. Result in u/ml <8 is negative. Please check my report and give me advice it's normal or take any medicine thank you sir.
