  • Drink warm water: Drink warm water as the first thing in the morning every day. This helps in eliminating toxins. Even taking warm water through the day can help in losing weight faster.
  • Be an early bird: To ensure that there is no hormone imbalance, listening to the natural diurnal clock is mandatory. This helps in stimulating hunger at the right hours. Go to bed around 10 PM, and wake up before 6 am. But make sure to have your dinner at least two hours before sleep time and restrict screen time before hitting the bed. A stress-free and relaxed lifestyle is what you need to follow to stay fit and healthy and to lose weight.
