I am Dr. Puneet Nayak, Dietitian/Nutritionist. Today I will talk about how to stay fit on vacations. We all work round the year so we need a good vacation. We should use them as a motivational tool to become fit smart and healthy. We should use our time to become fit and healthy. If you take enough precautions and you take a fitness regimen before you plan for holidays, you can definitely avoid gaining lot of weight. What precautions you can take during the holiday. Avoid choosing meal plan with the hotel stay.

Carry healthy snacks with yourself like protein bars, healthy biscuits as a ready snacking options. Do some physical activities like walking. If you have gain few kgs after coming from the trip, so don't ignore it. Because if you will ignore, then your problem will become much bigger.
