Things to avoid to have sound sleep
- Afternoon naps
Many of us feel sleepy after lunch but it is best to avoid naps as it might be causing sleeplessness at night.
- Staring at clock when unable to sleep
It is common to do so but furthermore causes worrying and leading staying awake longer
- Heavy meals or extreme workout just before sleeping
- Watching television till one falls asleep
- Avoid coffee like stimulants
