You think you have to be strong all the time.
You think you’re not allowed to cry.
You think you’re not allowed to admit that you’re not okay.
It feels like a lot of pressure.
We all talk about feeling strong and being grateful. But there are days when you’re not, and that’s absolutely fine. Don’t resist feeling ‘bad.’ it’s okay to not be okay, to not feel okay and yet know that you are loved and you matter. Ask for help when you need it.
