Well, all of us do crave for chaats in monsoon, isn’t it??
What could be a better chaat than a crunchy snack made from the good old ‘corn’!!
Corn is many times thought for a high-calorie food however it is filled with high fiber and antioxidants (lutein, zeaxanthins and anthocyanins).
Corn is a must-have in monsoon as its high fiber content (2.4gms/100g corn) improves our slow digestion and gives us energy!!
