Benefits of Mindful Eating:

Right from improving digestion and nutrient absorption, it helps in portion control, leaves us satisfied and content after completing our meal. So this, in turn, prevents us from overeating. And in the whole process, it also helps us lose some weight.
So let's make sure the next time we eat mindfully by giving full attention to the whole process of enjoying a meal. It means turning off the TV, ignoring any distractions like mobile, newspaper and putting 100% of our focus on the meal itself. The point is that we should fully be focused on chewing and enjoying the flavors of the food.
