The blessing can be something very small, such as enjoying a hot cup of masala chai with a friend. The metro, taxi or auto came on time, or as simple as a tasty meal.
- Coloring: The last time you colored a coloring book most likely was when you were a child. Buy yourself a coloring book and a box of crayons. Go for it! As strange as it sounds coloring is deeply relaxing and takes away your mind from the issues that are causing you anxiety.
- Stretching: Learn to stretch daily, and indulge in stretching whenever you feel stressed. Set a 15 minute routine of stretching from head-to-toe. You can repeat this as frequently as you like.
