Mixing allopathic treatment with homeopathic treatment can have ill effects.

Allopathy and homeopathy treatments should never be mixed. Being two distinct streams of medicine, both allopathy and homeopathy follow different paths of treatment. The drugs used in both the treatments are also different. Therefore it s wise to follow one treatment at a time. Otherwise, the mixing of the drugs can cause significant interactions and adverse side effects.
Allopathic treatments lack

Allopathy treatments don t have any individuality as compared to homeopathy. Here the same pill is prescribed to several people who are suffering from the same ailment. In this stream of medicine, unlike homeopathy, medical background check of the patient is often ignored. For example, if a patient is suffering from lower back pain as a symptom of an underlying condition, Allopathy would prescribe medications in order to treat the lower back pain only. However, that might not eradicate the issue as the root cause of the problem remained unattended.
Allopathy uses steroids and painkillers to treat arthritis and thus is an ineffective treatment method as compared to homeopathy.

Allopathy treats arthritis and other rheumatic pains by using Anti Rheumatic drugs known as DMARDS (Disease Modifying Anti-Rheumatic Drugs). These drugs are neither steroids nor pain killers. However, as they need 6-8 weeks to take effect, people wrongly assume them to be pain killers or steroids. Therefore, you can adopt allopathic treatment for treating arthritis; it is as effective as homeopathy.

Homeopathy believes in treating the root cause of the problem rather than its symptoms. For example, a person might be suffering from pimples, hair loss and increased weight due to digestive disorders. In such a scenario, homeopathy, instead of providing distinctive cure for the symptoms, will treat the root cause, i.e. the digestive problems the person is suffering from. This in return will heal the symptoms as well as provide the person with a proper solution for his digestive disorders.
For treating acute conditions, allopathy is effective while homeopathy acts slowly.

There is a common belief that allopathy provides fast relief for acute conditions while homeopathy takes time to act. However, on the contrary, both the treatments are capable of providing fast relief and are equally effective. For example, both homeopathy and allopathy provide immediate treatment for infections, fever, allergy, migraine, diarrhea, etc. However, there are cases when homeopathic medicine and allopathic medicine can apply together, for e.g. in case of a heart patient if he or she is taking allopathic medicine then he or she can take it along with homeopathic medicine.
