Mobile phones are a warehouse of bacteria and microscopic dirt. Using a phone frequently over the day can cause the dirt and bacteria to get transferred to your face and thus cause skin problems like acne and pimples. These skin problems to add up to make you look older. It is advisable that you wipe your phone with antibacterial wipes after you have been on it for a long time.

Coffee contains caffeine which is known as a dehydrating agent. Caffeine provides stimuli to your nervous system but dehydrates you in the process which may lead to skin problems such as dry skin or formation of wrinkles. If you have slight wrinkles, it may lead to the wrinkles spreading over your skin. Thus it is wise to cut down on coffee a bit and ensure that you remain hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
