If you have been using vaginal lubricants during sex, it is a good idea to stop using them. Vaginal lubricants can cause issues with the cervical mucus which is very necessary to ensure the survival of the sperm. It is important that you let the body take care of the natural processes and not use artificial lubricants as the chemicals from these products can stay in your system and be a hindrance for conception.
