If you r eating non veg food thrice in a week then you need not take extra proteins. U should take protein supplements only when you exercise. And after exercise. Protein intake depends on your weight. For example if your weight is 64 kgs then you should consume approximately 65 gms of protens. If you r eating vegetarian food then soya, cereals, spinach, milk etc r good sources of proteins.

Hello lybrate user, high protein without fibers could cause constipation which is not good in fissure or piles. You cannot and should not lose weight instantly, as you did not gain instantly. Avg. Healthy weight loss in a month is 3-4 kg. You should give up packed and processed food, Reduce intake of milk, rice & wheat based food and increase intake of Fruits, veggies, nuts and sprouts.

Do high protein diet like paneer, chicken, dal, rajama, sprouts, eggs in daily diets fallow this diets for one months properly morning take milk cornflakes n banana in midmorning take banana shake 1glass, in lunch take proper meal in evening take coconut water in night take proper meal add in daily diets dates 6pics daily 8pics badam, n chuaraha 5pics daily.
