All conditionars contain chemicals.Apply non perfumed hair oils olive/coconut /musterd before bath n you can use natural conditioning agents like egg or decoction of Ritha twice a week

Hi lybrate-user, To stop hair fall use triphla powder mixed with curd applies on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking 1.Saptamrit lauh 2 tablets twice in a day with water after meal. 2.Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for overnight. Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day. Last but not the least checks your thyroid profile as it may be the reason of hair fall. If you want to know more or any medical treatment for hair fall, contact me again.

Aanwala powder 25 gm with water 1 hr before meal bd 2--- aanwala powder + til tail massage on scalp 3--- strictly prohibited the use of salt in diet.

My hairs are getting lots of dandruff. I use shampoo after every two days. And I don't use conditioner. Why should I do?

My hairs are getting lots of dandruff. I use shampoo after every two days. And I don't use conditioner. Why should I do?
Hair loss and dandruff can be controlled by - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 6. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 7. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 8. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 9. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.
