Walyte Energy Pineapple Liquid consists of Sodium chloride, Potassium chloride, Sodium citrate, anhydrous Dextrose, Calcium lactate, Magnesium sulphate, and Carbohydrate with Pineapple flavor.

Walyte Energy is a unique oral electrolyte good for gastrointestinal problems, used to prevent or to treat low blood levels of potassium (hypokalemia).
Walyte Energy solution is used as sterile electrolyte solution in gastroenteritis, chronic salt-losing conditions (diarrhea, vomiting, heat stroke and exhaustion), and prevention of muscle cramps during routine hemodialysis, replacement of fluid and electrolytes during electrolyte imbalance.

Follow these tips to lightens and remove the dark marks -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark marks 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.

Thanks for health questions need not to worry eat dark green leafy vegetables and fruits daily eat balanced diet and more protein rich diet avoid stress and strain avoid smoking and alcohol consumption if any give your waste time in reading books, playing etc avoid day time sleep take sound sleep at night for 8-9 hours avoid fast food and restaurants food take less oily and less spicy food practice morning and evening walk necessary practice yogas and pranayamas daily practice vajarasan padmasan shavasan more go for ayurvedic medicines that gives excellent results in such cases go sleep 2 hours after dinner drink plenty of water avoid sexual movies, film, reading etc

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

youu. have to drink 5-6 litrs of water per day..eat citrus fruit every day..like lemon,,musambi,,or orange whtevr u get..drink green tea twice daily..and take amla 2-3 days in a week..with this u need proper homeopathic treatment to expul the stone.there are soo mny medicines for this in homoeopathy.
