Information about Vivian Roll ON Gel

Vivian roll gel (applied to the skin) is used to relieve pain associated with recent muscle or joint injuries such as sprains, strains, or sports injuries. It also relieves pain from rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis etc.

Role of key ingredients:
1. Diclofenac, which is used to treat acute muscular pain. Diclofenac belongs to the class of medications known as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works by reducing pain, swelling, and inflammation by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins.
2. Linseed oil helps soothe sore muscles
3. Methyl Salicylate reduces inflammation
4. Menthol soothes and reduces pain

Directions of use:
Gently massage Vivian roll gel into the skin of the affected area. Allow the medicine to dry for at least 10 minutes before you wear clothes or gloves over the treated area.
Wash your hands immediately after using cream, unless your hands are part of the treated area
Do not wrap, bandage, or apply heat to the treated area.


For external use only

To lower down body heat- * drink 10 ml gulab jal twice a day with a glass of water. * do not eat non veg (chicken, eggs), peanuts (moong fali), dry fruits especially kashew (kaju). * drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday. * practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes. You can ask me to get detail of this pranayam.

In circumcision, the skin over the glans is removed. So after surgery skin can not cover the whole glans, it a normal initialy you have sensation but lettr its being normal.

1.Apply fresh lemon juice with a cotton ball on the affected area ,leave it for 15-20 minutes wash it off with water. Repeat the process twice daily for few months 2.Massage vitamin E oil into affected area for 10 minutes twice daily for few week 3.Mix one tsf of turmeric powder and one tsf of lemon juice. Apply it on affected area, leave it for 20 minutes, rinse it off with water. Continue it daily for few weeks. 4.apply fresh Aloevera gel on affected area before going to bed, leave it over night, rinse it off in the morning. Repeat it daily for few week 5.Consult skin specialist for further advice.
