Vitcofol com syrup consists of Iron (III) hydroxide polymaltose complex and folic acid. Iron (III) hydroxide polymaltose complex acts as an anti anemic agent and helps in preventing anemia. Folic Acid is used for preventing and treating low blood levels of folate (folate deficiency), as well as anemia. Folic acid is required to produce healthy red blood cells. It also helps in synthesizing and repairing DNA. Vitcofol com syrup is indicated for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia. Directions of use: Recommended to take 5ml for children upto 2-12 years.

get your blood tested for hb, tc, dc, esr, t3, t4, tsh, fbs, serum creatine, b12 levels, on empty stomach, after over night fasting. Get back to me with reports.
Good after noon since your hemoglobin level is within normal range so you need to take syrup. Vitcofol 5 ml in a day after meal .stop when hemoglobin level reach upto 14 or 13 and eat iron reach food thank you.

U can use any of these. But more important is diet modification. .give diet rich in iron like green vegetables, jaggary, pulses fruits rich in iron. U should also look for reason of low haemoglobin. .For that you can take opinion from paediatrician.
